Dianna Isaac

Hi guys and welcome back to another blog post, today I want to talk to you about Dianna Isaac Resthome. On every friday a group of kids go to Dianna Isaac for 1 hour, we walk down to Dianna Isaac but we leave probaly at 2:00 pm and we get down there at 2:30 and we get 1 hour or 1:30 to spend with the old poeple, also it was my first time going to a resthome and my very first time going to Dianna Isaac.

My Wonderful Reading Task

Hi guys and welcome back to another blog post, today I would like to tell you about my reading book called Underground Soldiers. It was based on the tunnels in the first world war back in 1914 when Germany invaded Belgium and then France.

The book started when 2 boys fell into the underground tunnel in Arras back 20 years ago also it was 30 meters underground. In the tunnels one of the miners would sit down in a cold damp dark tunnel and wait with his headphones in to hear if there was any movement from the other base or any explosives that are soon going to be dropped, also it gave the person a lot of stress just sitting there probably all night just waiting for any movement.


Tunnelers were sent from New Zealand.  most were miners some were bushmen and labourers. The point of the tunnels were that they didn't get killed walking in the No Man's Land, also they bring mice so if the mice get dizzy they will know that the other team has put poisonous gas at the entrance and so they are most likely to get killed.

The book is a good one I really like it. I would recommend it to you if you would like to know a little about the war and gadgets used.

School Sports In The Winter

This year we are doing winter sport,  and I am doing Football and I got into the B team  and that's ok I don't care least im with my friends. I realy like winter sport and I don't know what sport I will do next year, here is a drawing I have done.

Hi guys welcome back with another blog post, and last week the kaupeka hub had to go to the libary and try to find clues and try to unlock the mystery box. I realy like how the way the game was set up and how we had to excape to win the game and also I would like more quotes of kindness and more greatness qoutes awell.

My Bingo card

In week 5 of school I had to make a bingo card with 9 squares to fill in, and my fav is the create your own fitness circuit because you can create anything you want like a Football, Basketball, Netball, Hockey and Rugby. I realy like the Football and the Rugby option, and I realy like the catching Carmen Sandiego baceuse you get to see other countries to find her and Tigeress.

The Teachers Strike

Hi guys im back with another blog post, and today i'll be talking to you about our teacher strike day. On the strike day I stayed at home watching netflix and eating a packet of chips, but my sister got a 5 day weekend because she was in high school, she got Wednesday, Thursday, Fiday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday but I only got Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.😞

What did you do for the strike day or were you like my sister and in high school and got a 5 day weekend?
